Contact Control System Guide

Have a question about a PLC programming topic, found an error in an article, or have a suggestion for a tutorial that should exist on this site? I read every message and respond personally.

For all inquiries, reach out at contact@controlsystemguide.com.

You can also use the form at the bottom of this page — both go to the same inbox.

What I Respond To

  • Technical questions about PLC programming, ladder logic, or any topic covered on this site
  • Corrections and feedback — if something on the site is wrong or unclear, I want to know
  • Tutorial requests — reader questions sometimes become full articles
  • Collaboration inquiries from other automation engineers, technical educators, or industry publications

What I Don’t Respond To

  • Guest post pitches, link insertion requests, or SEO outreach
  • Promotional or sponsored content offers
  • Generic “I read your article and…” messages that are clearly templated

Response Time

I aim to respond to genuine inquiries within 48-72 hours. The site is run by one working automation engineer in addition to a full-time job, so occasional delays during busy project weeks are normal. Every legitimate message gets a reply.

About the Site

Control System Guide is an independent educational site for industrial automation and PLC programming, written by Daniel Reed, an automation engineer based in Asia. For background on the site’s editorial standards and the author’s engineering experience, see the About page.
